LibreTimes is intended for:

• Constructive academic discussions and feedback

3. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

3.1 Academic Misconduct

• Plagiarism or misrepresentation of authorship
• Fabricated or falsified research data
• Unauthorized use of others' work
• Ghost-written content presented as original work
• Predatory publishing practices

3.2 Illegal Content

• Content that violates intellectual property rights
• Content that violates any applicable laws
• Content that promotes illegal activities

3.3 Harmful Content

• Harassment, threats, or bullying
• Hate speech or discrimination
• Misinformation intended to deceive
• Spam or unsolicited commercial content
• Malware or malicious code

4. Academic Integrity Standards

All users must:

• Properly cite and attribute all sources
• Accurately represent credentials and affiliations
• Disclose conflicts of interest
• Maintain honesty in all research reporting
• Respect peer review confidentiality when applicable

5. AI-Generated Content

If your content includes AI-assisted writing or research:

• You must clearly indicate this using the "AI-assisted" flag
• You remain responsible for verifying accuracy
• You must review and edit AI-generated content
• You cannot publish purely AI-generated content without review

6. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in:

Moderate	Temporary suspension
Severe	Permanent account termination
Critical	Reporting to relevant institutions

7. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content that violates this policy:

1. Click the "Report" button on the content
2. Select the type of violation
3. Provide additional context if needed
4. Submit your report

Alternatively, email report@libretimes.io with a link to the content.

All reports are reviewed by our moderation team within 48 hours.

8. Appeals

If you believe your content was removed in error:

1. Review the removal notification
2. Contact appeals@libretimes.io
3. Provide your case details
4. Wait for review (typically 5-7 business days)

9. Updates

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our community standards. Significant changes will be announced via email.
